Yes! You can cancel a monthly subscription at anytime if you are not satisfied.
All sales are final, there are no refunds, however you can cancel anytime. No contracts.
We highly recommend you meet with us before purchasing a subscription, to help ensure you're questions are answered and you have the best experience possible with our software.
Your Marketecs Engine Social Tools subscription covers access to the system, online community, live office hours, online training, and allows for you to have unlimited users, file storage, and more within it.
The only additional fees would be if you choose to utilize AI for help with content or chose to run ads.
If you choose to upgrade from just the social tools, to Marketecs Engine Standard or advanced, there are lots more components included, such as appointments, forms, web pages, email marketing and SMS. And with that can come additional costs as well.
However, any add-ons are all reasonably priced and completely optional.

We currently support Facebook Business pages, Instagram Business pages, LinkedIn personal and business pages, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, and Bluesky. We currently do not support X/Twitter.
The social tools are very easy to connect and intuitive to start using. we provide you with pre-recorded tutorials and if you need additional help we have weekly live office hours.
Yes! When you sign-up, you will get access to our onboarding guides, online community, and weekly office hours.
In addition, we regularly post how to videos and tutorials in our subscriber community.
Social media set-up usually takes just a few minutes to an hour.
If you are importing large amounts of content or setting up lots of recurring posts it could take longer.
