The set-up fee is to cover some initial set-up services required to help every new account be successful.

We support you through getting your initial account settings correct, including account info, notifications, domains, and answering your questions.

If you choose the annual subscription plan, we will waive the one-time set-up fee.

Your subscription covers access to the system, online community, live office hours, online training, and allows for you to have unlimited users, contacts, forms, workflows, file storage, appointments, web pages, and more within it.

There are small additional usage allocation charges processed through a 'wallet' for Email and Phone usage. However, these charges are very minimal. $10 dollars will get you about 10,000 emails or 800 text messages.

And there are a few upgrade options for AI integrations, reputation, WordPress hosting, advanced workflow executions, and advertising. However, these add-ons are all reasonably priced and completely optional.

We currently support Facebook Business pages, Instagram Business pages, LinkedIn personal and business pages, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, Bluesky, and private communities built within our system. We currently do not support X/Twitter.

Yes! All accounts start with pre-loaded templates. We also offer detailed set-up packages available for new businesses, small business, and medium businesses for an additional cost based on your specific needs.

Yes! When you sign-up, we will schedule an onboarding call. Then, we also offer a weekly training and Q&A group call to all of our subscribers.

In addition, we regularly post how to videos and tutorials in our subscriber community.

Set-up can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of months. This really depends on how complicated your current systems are, how many features need to be built out, and how well prepared you are in the beginning. We can help with navigating the set-up to reduce the time and effort you spend in the process.
